"Mr. Min, You're the Best!" — Heartwarming Moments from BTS SUGA's Time with Children at Autism Program

A touching photo has been circulating online, showing BTS’s SUGA (Min Yoongi) gently teaching a group of children—proof of his quiet dedication and warm-hearted nature. Fans and onlookers alike have been moved, with one caption reading, “He’s really teaching these kids. They said he’s the best teacher! I know he’s teaching them so softly and patiently—OMG I’m crying.” 😭💜

As part of his ongoing work with Severance Hospital, SUGA has been closely involved in the Mind Program, a therapeutic initiative for children on the autism spectrum. From March to June, he didn’t just fund the program—he personally showed up, spending weekends guiding the children through music therapy sessions.

Children warmly call him “Mr. Min,” and their words speak volumes:

> “Mr. Min! I often listen to this song with my dad when we go camping. Please play it first.”

“Mr. Min, I want to perform the xylophone and ukulele I learned in the Mind Program in front of more people! I think I can do it.”

“Mr. Min, the reason handbells are good is because they sound like rain.”

Through music—guitars, handbells, ukuleles, and xylophones—SUGA helped the children connect their emotions and build confidence. He even personally taught them to play instruments, fostering self-expression and joy in a calm, supportive environment.

In 2023, it was officially reported that SUGA helped establish and fund an autism treatment center in partnership with Severance Hospital. His involvement went far beyond donation—he shaped the program hands-on, earning him the heartfelt title of “the best teacher” from the children themselves.
