Concerns Rise as Taxis Tail South Korean Actor Byeon Woo Seok in Taiwan Fan Meet Event

 

 In a surprising incident, around 10 taxis in Taiwan were seen following Byeon Woo Seok, even trying to find out which floor of the hotel he was staying on.
